About Speaker: Alexander Wachtel is Microsoft AI MVP and is working as a Managing Director at ESC Germany. As a Microsoft Gold Partner in several competencies, ESC Germany offers professional software engineering, consulting, and training services for Microsoft products and technologies. Due to his many years of experience, he has been honored as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 2013 till today. After graduating in computer science at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, he also works on his Ph.D. thesis in the field of programming in natural language at the chair of Prof. Dr. Walter F. Tichy. During this time, he has published several technical research articles in the area of Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Programming, AI & Cognitive Services. Alexander Wachtel has increasingly been integrating Microsoft technologies into his courses, teaching Azure, Bot Framework and Azure Machine Learning. For this reason, due to his teaching activities at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), he was also awarded as a Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) expert from 2016 to 2019.

On our way to build this solution we are facing many difficulties like setting up DevOps pipelines, building a multi datacenter architecture, Kubernetes Clusters over more than one hei Region accessing Office365 Graph API accessing features which are not part of the Graph API, caching scaling and much more problems to solve.

About Speaker: Technical Fellow @ ti&m AG is since many years a deep dive specialist on Microsoft Cloud Technologies and is now as ambassador and evangelist on the road. Additionally to his day time job, he is also part of a new startup (Swiss Legal Tech Solutions) so he has knowledge how the current startup world is working.
